Hmmm … it looks like Facebook’s made some behind-the-scenes changes since I wrote this post. That link *used* to send you to a page where you could retrieve a personalized email address post posting to your wall; now, as you say, it goes to a “get the app” page, and I can’t find the old page anymore.

I’ll keep looking — in the meantime, though, anyone out there have a solution for us?

What if I HAVE no Facebook email address? I USED to have one, but sending to it doesn’t seem to work anymore… And it is no longer listed under my settings. Facebook.com/mobile takes me to the “get the mobile app” page, not my settings.
