]]> Customer survey gives top marks to Sprint, Verizon, as AT&T and T-Mobile fadeIt wasn’t all that long ago that Sprint was in the doghouse as far as the American Customer Satisfaction Index was concerned. What a difference a scant three years makes, with Sprint scoring a 72 out of 100 on the annual ACSI survey, up a eye-popping 16 points from 2008 and tying Verizon Wireless for the lead. (“Improved quality of services and aggressive pricing appear to have paid off” for Sprint, the ACSI researchers note.)

While Sprint saw impressive gains in the survey, its three national post-paid competitors all slipped, with both AT&T and T-Mobile falling four percent from last year, although Verizon’s one-percent dip was within the survey’s three-point margin of error.
