No worries! Actually, I should have specified that only the iPad 2 has a camera (two, in fact: one in the back and another in front for video chat). 

The first iPad does not have a camera.

Do you know which iPad you have? If you’re not sure, turn it around and look at the back; if you don’t see a little camera lens in the upper-left corner, you have the first iPad.

My ipad has a camera? I wondered why there was a “photos” app that so far all I’ve seen on it are photos of the “desktop” and I’m pretty sure only my kids have managed to take those – no idea how.

I currently use the web browser provided on the ipad to access Facebook. It works fine for me, but I’m interested to see what this new app can offer.
