What does that mean? If someone calls me they pay, I pay?? Is this free forever. I don’t use a phone much, is this a good idea for me?

Hi Cathy! Here’s Google’s online troubleshooter for Google Voice; give it a try… https://support.google.com/voice/troubleshooter/1237793?hl=en&ref_topic=1706179

It rings on their end but not on mine so I decided to try to set up a new account and everytime I try to pick a new number, an error message keeps coming up saying error please try again! This has been going on for the last month and I don’t understand why google voice isn’t working. Any thoughts? Is it messing up for anyone else? Is there a 1-800 customer service number I can call so I can get in touch with someone from Google voice? Thanks!

Thank you! I rely on that to supplement my minimal cell minutes, and was really lost without it.

It’s gone but not forgotten — here’s how to get it back: click your name in the new Hangouts section (which replaces chat), then select “Revert to old chat.” Once that’s done, the Google Voice dialer will return.
