Above states that you can call out for free. What does that mean? If someone calls me they pay, I pay?? Is this free forever. I don’t use a phone much, is this a good idea for me?

Im having trouble with Google voice lately. It rings on their end but not on mine so I decided to try to set up a new account and everytime I try to pick a new number, an error message keeps coming up saying error please try again! This has been going on for the last month and I don’t understand why google voice isn’t working. Any thoughts? Is it messing up for anyone else? Is there a 1-800 customer service number I can call so I can get in touch with someone from Google voice? Thanks!

In reply to Rich Wilson. It's gone but not forgotten — here's how to get it back: click your name in the new Hangouts section (which replaces chat), then select "Revert to old chat." Once that's done, the Google Voice dialer will return.

As far as I can tell, the ability to call out with google voice is gone (as of May 30th) with a recent update.

So anyone in the USA can call you from a landline to your Google Voice number or is there some method that needs to be addressed to receive that landline call in Google Voice?
