Apple App Store said to hit 500,000 apps

Apple App Store said to hit 500,000 appsThat’s an unofficial number, mind you (Apple is only saying “over 350,000” for now), but still—impressive. Nipping at the Apple’s heels: Google’s Android Market, which in March had an estimated 250,000 apps and (rapidly) climbing.
